Rebecca Ross

Chief of Staff

Becca Ross serves as Chief of Staff, where she manages internal communications, oversees key initiatives and strategic planning, and serves as a liaison between leadership and external stakeholders.

Prior to her time at inVeritas, Becca served as Director of Volunteers and Pages for a presidential nominating convention. Her political experience also includes time in Governor Asa Hutchinson’s administration as Scheduling Assistant, providing executive-level support and managing internal operations. Before her transition into politics, she built a strong foundation in the real estate and title industry, serving in key operational roles.

Becca attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and a minor in American Sign Language. She also studied English Linguistics at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
